Silvia, who unveils her most intimate confessions in a personal video-diary taped within the past year, states her wish to give up her life in order to donate her organs. In turn, this decision will have an impacting effect on the lives of three different people. Carlos (Luis Tosar), who receives Silvia's heart, is a young man with an uncertain future and a family to take care of. Ines, who was born blind, is transplanted with her cornea. Mateo (Victor Clavijo), who lives on the edge of the city limits and of the law, is given Silvia's liver. Silvia's death signifies the new beginning of their lives and each ones own decisions, however big or small, will mark their future forever.
