九把刀首次監製的電影，与演员隋棠兼任出品人。一個叫Raye的女新導演拍的一部推廣「以領養代替購買」的精神，去幫助處境可憐的流浪狗的影片。之所以這支影片叫「十二夜」，是因為在台湾每一隻狗被捕捉進收容所後，法律保障這些狗狗有十二天的時間等待原主人找回、或被新主人領養，過了十二天，就會被安樂死。很不幸，許多狗狗根本捱不過這十二天，因為在收容所裡極端殘酷的環境根本不允許。本片記錄了許多狗狗被捕捉到收容所驚慌失措的那一刻，直到他們離開收容所的最後一刻……不管是以什麼樣的方式離開。九把刀：「十二夜」影片救援...
