勃勒多夫是一个位于欧洲正中心的“普通”村庄。因为村子的一切都处于欧洲的平均值，消费者调查研究会来到这里，想将村民们作为小白鼠来测试新产品以此开拓市场。村中的大人们对于作为一个“普通”百姓能够试用新产品感到乐此不疲，这使得老人与孩子们苦不堪言。为了让村子能够继续维持“普通”的状态，有着奇思妙想的老人们竟被送去了养老院。 这时，由五个孩子组成的浣熊帮联合浣熊胡闹决定干一项惊天大计划。他们将父母用安眠药弄晕后，便计划着要创下一个世界纪录，打破村庄的“普通”，这样老人们就可以回来了，然而结果却是一团糟…...
