本片運用金屬鑄造的小型人像、玩具火車、毀壞的摩天高樓和其他現成物，交織出一段男人追尋一位謎樣女子的故事。男子在迷你屋的小床上發現一張字跡潦草的紙條後，他便跋山涉水、不畏艱難地尋找她，等待她那班永不進站的列車。男子漫無目的地遊走，最後踏上路的另一頭，來到一處被人遺忘的角落，一棟棟棄置的樓房裡棲居著失落的靈魂。夢境伴隨著夢靨，在這片後工業時代生氣蓬勃的夜之國度裡展開。...
