Xabi被父母遗弃后就一直住在感化院，他没怎么想逃跑。在那里他认识了中年男子Inaki，一个ETA成员，Inaki成为了他的导师。ETA发端自西班牙佛朗哥时期，现在是西班牙最大的恐怖组织。在Xabi向一个警察扔燃油弹并差点把对方烧死后，他被送进了高级戒备的管制所。在那里Xabi遇到了Joel和Driss。Joel来自墨西哥，Driss来自摩洛哥，正面临遣返。三个年轻人想办法越狱来到了马德里。Xabi对Inaki的感情使得他非常迫切的寻找和加入ETA，而马德里正有一场恐怖活动在构陷收网......
